As a training company, New Horizons Learning Group’s (NHLG) mission is to “Empower People to Succeed Through Learning.” This mission is reflected internally by our dedication to the growth and development of our own employees. All employees have individual development plans, intended to help them grow personally and professionally. A big part of working at NHLG is a commitment to being an active community member. Each employee is granted two paid volunteer days per year - one day to support NHLG's official company charities, Wounded Warriors and Special Olympics, and one day to support a charity of the employee's choice.
